Tommorow it all begins.........

Finally, I'm done completing my blog page. geez! lol. Ok, so here goes nothing, or something.  Tommorow it all begins with running down El Cajon Blvd before work and going to Chuze fitness with my friend VeeSD. I will also be taking advantage of the "get healthy" program offered through my work, I was previously enrolled a couple years ago and learned a lot of useful information which I didn't really apply at the time, but retained and will use now. I'll have to re-enroll tommorow. Starting in May I will be working out with my co-worker Steve Groen who's a body builder (I'll post his info in the side bar soon). Please read the "About Me" section to figure out what I'm doing (it's not done yet, but its getting there). Also, check out my friends to the right under the "My Muse's" section. more to come, I'll check in and write as frequently as possible.... This is gonna be Awesome!!
