.....................!!!!

DAY 22:  .......... Its been a week since I last got up and went out for a run!! holy cow! I thought the last time I worked out was last Thursday for some reason..... Oh man!  Well, the break was nice, and maybe I needed it.  Easter was great, I haven't been around that much immediate family probably since I was little, it was really nice but man o' man was there food everywhere I went!! I resisted as much as I could, and did a pretty good job at it, but there was just too much good home cooking that I couldn't resist - I'll just count this as my cheat weekend, I gotta limit it though.  I've been getting a ton of compliments on how much weight I have lost. Im almost due for a weigh in, so i'll post as soon as I find out.  gotta get back on track, Easter is over, and good thing the next big holiday isn't until July! See ya!

  1. Nice! Has it really been almost a month since you started?

    I once debated with a friend at the usefulness of eating better and exercising. If a pound is 3,500 calories, we could supposedly lose a pound in 3 weeks or so just by cutting out a soda per day.

    In response to, "that's nothing," I pointed out that could be almost 15 pounds in a year or 30 in two.

    The long term work and positive attitude will pay off--keep it up!
