DAY 1: Success!

 ..::: ....Phew!! Day 1 a success! I feel really good. 25 page views so far too! woot woot!  Ok, so I woke up around 4:30 AM-ish, changed, did some stretching and some real quick calisthenics for warm up. I ran/walked all the way down to Interstate 15 and back which is roughly 2.2 miles round trip..... (for some reason I thought it was longer... guess ill have to go a little farther in the future).  I wanna send a quick shout out to Lucy Hort and Tim, Two close friend's and a huge positive influence, and all around great people to have around.
