Day 8 Success
Same routine, Got up at 4:30, changed, stretch w/some calistenics and go out there. I pushed myself a little more today. Ran non-stop to the 15 and ran back 3 blocks, then walked every 1 block all the way back. .....So I haven't posted in about 5 days. Good reason too, I needed to take a break from the computer.... a SQL class that I just took put me overboard and I had to give up being on the computer so much. Anyways, those days were still productive, sorta. I stayed active, went for a run/walk around Lake Murray this past Saturday. I didn't stray off my new eating habits and turns out I lost 38 lbs! I weighed myself on February 20th at 279 lbs (thats when I knew I had to do something drastic), and just recently weighed myself last Wednesday April 6th and weighed in at 241...... I still can't believe it. My next weigh in will probably be in another 2 months, I don't like to weigh myself too often because it can be discouraging for me. Till next time, Dave
